The art of tantra

An invitation to feel, breathe and connect.

Tantra proposes returning to the present moment, cultivating attention and exploring sensations without hurry or expectations. At Noir Tantra, each experience adapts to the person, from respect, communication and consent.

What tantra proposes

There are many ways of explaining tantra and almost all of them are unnecessary in a massage room. The one that interests me fits in a sentence: returning to the present moment, cultivating attention and exploring sensations without hurry or expectations.

Without hurry, because the body does not open up at a run. Without expectations, because as soon as you look for a result you stop feeling what is happening. The rest, the breath, the attention, the pace, are ways of coming back to that, again and again.

Four principles

Presence

Inhabiting the moment. Leaving the day, the diary and whatever comes next outside. In a Noir Tantra session there is nothing to achieve, and that is what allows you to be.

Breath

Letting go of the everyday pace. The breath is the first thing that speeds up with hurry and the first thing that can be recovered. It sets the pace of the session and, when attention is paid to it, it changes the way of feeling.

Connection

Listening to the sensations. Not analysing them or comparing them with another time: listening to them. The connection tantra speaks of begins with each person's connection with their own body.

Wellbeing

A space for you. A private studio, a single appointment per slot and a session that lasts what you booked. Wellbeing is the result of everything else being in its place.

Three conditions that are not negotiated

Respect
in both directions, from the first message to the goodbye.
Communication
before the appointment we talk about preferences and limits; during the session, anything you want to change is said and changed.
Consent
nothing that has not been discussed. Either party may stop the session at any time.

How it translates into the menu

Each experience on the menu applies these principles with a different length and focus. Signature Tantra brings them together in a balanced session; Bio Tantra Experience puts breathing and body attention in the foreground; Noir Privé and Multiorgasmic Body Experience give them two hours. In all of them, the prior conversation decides the rest.

Frequently asked questions

What people usually ask me

Is tantric massage a therapy?

No. At Noir Tantra the experiences are wellbeing and body-care services. They do not treat any condition or replace a healthcare professional, and no results are guaranteed.

Do I need to believe in something to enjoy it?

No belief is needed. A willingness to be present, to breathe calmly and to communicate what you feel and what you do not want is enough.

What is the difference from a relaxing massage?

A relaxing massage works the body to release tension. A tantric massage, in addition, works on attention, breathing and the connection with what you feel. Body care is in both; the sensory, conscious dimension is what tantra adds.
