## What data we process and why

- **Booking request** (form, WhatsApp, phone or email): name, phone, email if you give it, studio, experience, preferred day and time and whatever you tell us. Purpose: to handle your request, confirm the appointment and send you the practical information. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at your request and your consent.
- **Browsing** : technical data collected by the hosting provider (Cloudflare) to serve and protect the website, and the cookies and local storage described in the [cookie policy](https://www.noirtantra.es/en/cookie-policy/), only with your consent when they are not necessary.

We ask for the minimum data needed to handle the booking. We do not process health data: if you tell us about a physical circumstance we should take into account, you do so voluntarily and we will only use it to adapt the session.

## Retention

Request data is kept for as long as the relationship lasts and afterwards for the statutory limitation periods. WhatsApp conversations are kept for as long as needed to handle the appointment.

## Recipients

We do not share your data with third parties, except where legally required. We are assisted by providers acting as data processors: the owner's contact management and email tool (Neutral B, panel.neutralb.es, servers in the European Union), the web hosting (Cloudflare) and, if you use WhatsApp, Meta Platforms under its own terms.

## Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to [rgpd@noirtantra.es](mailto:rgpd@noirtantra.es), proving your identity. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

## Minors

This website and its services are intended exclusively for people over 18. We do not knowingly process data of minors.
