Legal information

*This English version is provided for information. In case of discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.*

These terms apply to all Noir Tantra experiences in Madrid and Barcelona. By confirming an appointment you accept them.

## Booking

- Experiences are provided only by appointment. You can request one through the website form, WhatsApp or phone.
- A request is not a booking: the appointment remains pending until Noir confirms day, time, studio and experience.
- On confirmation you receive the practical information: length, price, payment method and the studio access details.

## Before the session

- Before each session we talk about preferences and limits. Communication and consent are essential, and either party may stop the session at any time.
- The experiences are wellbeing and body-care services, not medical treatments. No results or specific bodily responses are guaranteed.
- Please be punctual: the session time is the time booked. If you arrive late, the session ends at the scheduled time.

## Cancellations and changes

- If you cannot attend, let us know as early as possible on WhatsApp so the slot can be freed. The specific cancellation terms (notice period and any charges) are communicated when the appointment is confirmed, before any payment.
- Noir Tantra may change or cancel an appointment for a justified reason; in that case a new date is proposed.

## Studio rules

- Over 18s only, with ID if requested.
- Hygiene: a private shower is available before and after the session.
- Alcohol or substance use and disrespectful behaviour are not allowed. In those cases the session is interrupted without refund.
- Mutual discretion: sessions are not recorded or photographed.

## Prices

The prices published in the menu are per session, VAT included. They are the prices in force on the booking date.
